How do I enroll in The Rooted Motherhood Collective? 

​

By filling out the form above, your info will be input into the BHJ & Co.. SimplePractice (SP) platform. This is a HIPAA-compliant platform where the sessions will be hosted. Once your info has been placed into SP, you will receive a confirmation that you've been scheduled for a session labeled "The Rooted Motherhood Collective - Support Group." You must complete all paperwork AND consent to your card being charged for the group in advance to secure your spot.

 

Please only submit the paperwork if you are ready to submit payment. Space for the class is limited, and once we are at capacity (payment received), any interested participants will be waitlisted and added to the group as space opens up. Waitlisted individuals will not be charged a membership fee until your enrollment can be completed .

What will I have access to within the SimplePractice platform?

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to a client portal within SimplePractice. This portal will house any documentation you have signed and will also offer you the ability to book therapeutic appointments outside of the parenting program. You will receive weekly reminders for the program through the portal (as well as through email and text, if you desire) and will be able to join the support group sessions through the app as well. ​A saved form of payment is also stored in your portal and must remain active while you are enrolled in the program.

Is this a parenting coaching program? 

No, this is a parenting support group for moms that will allow a safe space for sharing parenting challenges and receiving support with some sharing of effective parenting tools from everyone in the group with the guidance of a family therapist. This is not a parenting coaching program, which would focus on educating caregivers on a specific parenting modality, however many parents have stated that they feel they've received education while participating in the group. This group does not discriminate against any parenting style, as long as it does not present imminent harm to any child.

What if I want to pause or discontinue my membership?

Your member​ship can be paused or cancelled at any time through your client portal or by communicating with the group facilitator via email.

What if I am unable to attend every group session?

Participants are encouraged to prioritize this time as the purpose is to facilitate self-care and self-prioritization. Understandably, life can happen and sessions may be missed. You will still be able to receive the monthly prompts and resources and will have ongoing access to the GroupMe for session recaps and continual support. 

​

Are the sessions recorded with accessibility to replays?

No. Due to the sensitive nature and purpose of the support group, there will be no recorded meetings or available replays. We also request that participants do not record, screenshot, or share any part of the meeting on social media or through other digital platforms. Any breach of confidentiality will result in removal from the program without a refund.
